Tobias Advogados was founded in 2006 by Thiago Tobias and Marjorye Tobias. Always representing companies, it was the partners’ personality, more than their academic background, that shaped the firm’s work over these two decades.

Marjorye values order and control. A graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, she devotes herself to the organization and management of the firm, ensuring the efficient oversight of thousands of cases.

She is the one who signs off on every initiative in the litigation practice, ensuring excellence in the firm’s work. She also draws on her extensive experience in labor and employment matters, acting strategically in individual disputes and collective bargaining, with a track record of successful outcomes for clients.

Marjorye Tobias

Thiago works with pragmatism and intellectual honesty. He sees opportunity in everything that touches the law, and has sharpened his analysis to raise the level of confidence when quantifying uncertainty.

A graduate of the Catholic University of Pernambuco, he specialized in Business Management and has spent his whole career advising business owners on turning chaotic scenarios into successful structures, bringing legal and economic decisions together under a strictly realistic lens.
